The classical Lissajous curves are traced by a point swinging back and forth in two directions at once - Lissajous 3D follows this idea into three dimensions, You can set the lighting to sunset, sunny day, dawn, dusk etc. Includes a wizard suitable for young children, which can also be used by older children and adults. Also a randomiser. You can use its companion program Fractal Tune Smithy to generate intricate fractal music to accompany the saver - you can also set the patterns to respond to chords played in FTS. You can also set the screen saver to play any music you have in other formats (midi, mp3, wav etc) and it can select tunes at random from a folder or cd. Many pattern transforming effects included too, some related to things that happen with real world Lissajous patterns, or mathematical transformations of them - pattern drift so they continually change shape, gravity, magnet, inversion (turn inside out), friction, etc. Also options to change the formula for the curve, and to make spirographs - those patterns made by rolling wheels within each other - this is the same idea but taken into 3D.
